Neuro Kids Arc

Lighting the way for hospitalized children with care, connection, and joy.

"

At Neuro Kids Arc, we light the way for hospitalized children with care, connection, and joy while empowering students to rise as the next generation of compassionate leaders.

Neuro Kids Arc is dedicated to bringing comfort and hope to children facing challenging moments in hospitals through thoughtful toy drives and supportive initiatives that create moments of happiness during difficult times. Through programs such as volunteer creative classes with children, medical toy drives, and card and care package initiatives, as well as research and poster presentation opportunities that connect students with residents and physicians, Neuro Kids Arc builds a bridge between children in need and aspiring healthcare professionals, fostering mentorship, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to compassionate care.

Volunteering has shown me how powerful compassion can be in bringing comfort and joy to children during difficult moments. The mentorship and hands-on experiences have strengthened my passion for medicine and inspired my journey to become an anesthesiologist. I am also excited to be a project lead with Neuro Kids Arc in cancer research

I was part of the Toy Drive in North Carolina, and it was an amazing experience volunteering alongside friends in high school. Even now in college, I continue to value giving back. Although I’m not a pre-med student, I still believe volunteering and helping the community is incredibly important.
